By booking with us, you agree to the below conditions:
Cancellations of all, including Aesthetics appointments :
- You must give 48 hours notice before cancelling a booked appointment via telephone or email using the message service on this website.
- Cancellations before 48 hours of your booked appointment will be honoured. A full refund of the paid or partial paid service will be given within 4 days of notice.Â
- Cancellations within the 48-hour period will result in the loss of your deposit and or full amount paid. If you choose to rebook after cancelling within the 48-hour period, a new deposit or full payment will need to be taken to secure the new booking. If you choose not to rebook, then you will be liable to pay the full amount of the service you did not attend. Â
- Failure to attend your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and/or full amount paid.Â
- If you do not turn up to your appointment, you will be liable to paying the full amount of your appointment cost and an invoice will be generated and sent to you for payment.Â
- Late arrivals will still be seen within the allocated time frame of their appointment, however, this is still subject to the full price of the booking. We cannot guarantee any services will be delivered. It depends on the practitioner's discretion and if they feel there is enough allocated time to deliver an effective service and not run over your allocated appointment time.Â
- If you fail to attend a free 30-min consultation, you will be liable to pay £50 for the time that was blocked off and reserved including short notice within 48hÂ
Etiquette :
- Please use appropriate behaviour within the clinic and its surrounding building. Aggressive behaviour, hate speech, bullying, spam messages, etc. will be reported.
- Forbidden and unlawful behaviour is not tolerated and will be reported.
General :
- We will not be held liable for any lost or stolen property within the clinic or its surrounding building.Â
- Previous prices and promotional leaflets may still be in circulation and may no longer be valid. Only current up-to-date price promotional offers will be honoured and will be stipulated on this website.Â
Aesthetics :
- Customers must be 18 years or over by law
- Customers agree to read the pre- and post-care instructions, consent form as well as medical questionnaire prior to their appointments so that if they are unsure on any instructions, they may be prepared to ask questions during their consultations.

By returning the consent forms and medical questionnaire online, it is considered consent and signature.
